Delivery

Shipments  

Packages are shipped after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping mode is mailed off without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, thank you for contacting us.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each of them.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products. 

Rates 

Shipping charges are borne by the buyer and depend on the amount of the order.

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein delivery is free from CHF 100.-- of purchases excluding postage (B mail).  

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein you can also choose priority shipping.  

If your purchases are sent in several parcels, we will charge the shipping fee once.

Delivery Times and International Shipping

Delivery times may be extended in the event of absence or exceptional closure (holidays, vacation, etc.). Due to high shipping and customs costs, we do not offer delivery outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
