Named - Marie Gathered Midi Dress

•          The pattern includes two variations: A gathered-waist midi dress and a loose-fitting boho blouse
•          Both variations have a wide neckline gathered with an elastic, raglan cut and gathers at the elbows
•          The dress has a ruffle at the hemline, and gathers at the sleeve openings
•          The blouse has fluted sleeves and a narrow tie at the waist
•          Note that the pattern has plenty of ease; if you prefer to have less ease, you can easily go down a size or two
•          Choose a light fabric for both variations. The sample dress is made up in a cotton batiste, and the blouse is made of rayon jacquard.

Materials & Supplies:

•          Fabric for the dress: 245 - 360 cm / 2¾ - 4 yd
•          Fabric for the blouse: 165 - 240 cm / 2 - 2¾ yd
•          5 mm / ¼” wide elastic for the dress: approx. 230 - 300 cm / 2½ - 3½ yd
•          5 mm / ¼” wide elastic for the blouse: approx. 130 - 180 cm / 1½ - 2 yd
